Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations

Contact us at contact@rickcircus.com within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel or make changes.
Note: Cancellations may not be possible during promotional periods or once your order has been processed.

Order Changes

Requests to change size, color, or item may not be accepted after 12 hours or once fulfillment has started.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item or size, please return the original item first and then place a new order separately.
Refer to our size chart before ordering. Color perception may vary slightly between screens and real products.
Note: Our size chart uses centimeters (cm). A deviation of 1–3 cm may occur due to manual measurement.

14-Day Return Right

In accordance with Consumer Law, customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns must be sent to our return location in Milan, Italy (address provided upon approval).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs or return-related duties/taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Use a tracked service to ensure safe return delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.

Important: Returns must be approved via email before sending. Parcels sent without authorization may be rejected or incur additional customs fees, which will not be refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Underwear, socks, or hygiene-related items
- Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance
- Returns shipped without prior approval

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at contact@rickcircus.com within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags
- Include clear photos of the issue
- (Optional) An unboxing video is helpful

Our operations team will review your case. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 2–5 business days.

Return Process

To request a return:
1. Email contact@rickcircus.com within 14 days of receiving your item
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and confirm the item is unused
3. If approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address in Milan, Italy
4. After shipping the return, email us your tracking number and specify if you want a refund or plan to reorder

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or subject to unpaid fees.

Rejected or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or customer refusal:
- Shipping fees and any paid VAT will not be refunded
- Additional costs incurred for the return may be deducted from your refund

If you refuse delivery after VAT has been paid at checkout, the original VAT and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer:
- A replacement with a 10% bonus value
- Store credit with bonus
- Or a full refund

If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, your order will be held.

Order Settlement

All orders must be resolved within 6 months, regardless of status.
After this period, orders will be archived and no further adjustments or refunds will be granted.

European Customers – VAT at Checkout

For EU customers, VAT is automatically calculated and collected at checkout for EU customers based on your country’s local tax rate.
There will be no additional VAT or customs fees due on delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is returned due to refusal or address errors, VAT and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the EU (e.g. USA, UK, Canada, Australia):
You may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your checkout total.
We do not refund orders that are rejected or returned due to unpaid import fees.

Important: Import procedures vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
We are not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by your country.
