Order Modification

Prior to shipment, Rick Circus reserves the right to amend prices on the website for the products purchased. To request a modification or cancellation of an order, please contact us at contact@rickcircus.com as soon as possible. Please note you must reach out for change or cancellation within 12 hours. Once an order is processed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

 

Shipping & Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks during peak seasons or sales periods. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- US, Canada: 6-9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-6 business days
- Western Europe: 5-7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 12-20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 6-12 business days
- South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong: 2-6 business days
- Middle East: 10-18 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-25 business days

Shipping cost is €9.99. Orders with a total value exceeding €100 qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the tracking link on your Order Status Page. If you do not receive a tracking code or have trouble locating it, please reach out to us via contact@rickcircus.com, and we will assist you promptly.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

For packages lost outside of the shipping country, customers must contact their local courier or postal service. If insured shipping was purchased, we will assist in coordinating the claim and provide necessary information. If the package does not exit our shipping zone within 30 calendar days after tracking has been posted, we will offer a full refund or reshipment. Delivery delays will be notified by email in advance, and customers can choose to wait or cancel the order for a refund.

If the package requires pickup, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it. If the package address was filled out incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for any losses that may occur. In the instance that a package is returned to the logistics warehouse due to incorrect address or failed pickup, the customer has the option to have it re-shipped at their expense by the deadline. If the customer does not settle the reshipment invoice by the deadline, the parcel will be disposed of as an unclaimed item in accordance with the logistics company policy.

 

Shipping Delays

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that delay shipping, such as customs processing or severe weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery dates during such circumstances.
